Mission-Driven. But the Pipeline Didn't Reflect It Yet.
Saint Louis University's commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion was embedded in its Jesuit identity and deeply lived at every level of campus culture. The challenge was familiar: the gap between institutional values and enrollment reality.
Students from underrepresented communities who would thrive at SLU were not appearing in the pipeline in numbers that reflected the institution's actual commitment. This was an outreach infrastructure problem.
Authentic Outreach. Precision Systems. Peer Voice.
EnrollForge designed a multi-phase campaign anchored in peer-to-peer outreach — placing SLU's story in front of prospective students through voices and channels they trusted. Campus ambassador programming created authentic touchpoints that institutional communications cannot replicate.
Through multicultural digital publishing channels, SLU's mission narrative was amplified in editorial environments where underrepresented student audiences were already engaged.
A Coordinated Outreach System
The campaign was structured across three coordinated layers — each designed to move a different segment of the prospect population from awareness to action.
The Pipeline Finally Matched the Mission.
The engagement produced a materially strengthened diversity prospect pool across targeted markets — with measurable increases in campus visit engagement from previously underrepresented cohorts.
Student Signal's precision matching reduced the outreach volume required to generate strong pipeline activity, freeing the admissions team to focus on high-intent conversations.
