These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the EnrollForge Enrollment Strategy Assessment and related services provided by EnrollForge LLC ("EnrollForge," "we," "our," or "us"), a California limited liability company operating as part of a broader portfolio of education intelligence and strategic consulting services.
By completing the Enrollment Strategy Assessment you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
The Enrollment Strategy Assessment is designed for enrollment leaders and administrators at accredited higher education institutions. By using this service you represent that you are authorized to provide information on behalf of your institution.
2. Use of the Assessment
The Enrollment Strategy Assessment is provided complimentary and without obligation. Your completed assessment generates a personalized institutional report based on your responses. This report is for informational and strategic planning purposes only and does not constitute professional consulting, legal, or financial advice.
3. Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when completing the assessment. EnrollForge is not responsible for report inaccuracies resulting from incorrect or incomplete responses.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, scoring models, report designs, and platform technology associated with the EnrollForge Enrollment Strategy Assessment are the exclusive property of EnrollForge LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content or methodology without written permission.
5. Data and Privacy
Your use of the assessment is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By completing the assessment you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. No Warranty
The assessment and report are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. EnrollForge makes no representations regarding the completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the assessment results.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EnrollForge LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the assessment or reliance on the report.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
